- TalkNow: 24/7 on-demand mental health support to talk about anything!
- Scheduled Counseling: Select the time, date, and counselor of your choosing for virtual sessions. All SU students can attend up to 12 scheduled individual sessions per academic year at no cost and without utilizing insurance.
- Basic Needs: Receive assistance accessing basic needs like housing, food, insurance, and more.
- Self-Care: On-demand Yoga, Meditation, and educational session about topics that can improve your mental health. Access Self-Care Journeys to work towards goals at your own pace.
- Peer Community: Connect to other college students by posting anonymously on TimelyCare’s Peer Community.
