Peer Support for Teens and Young Adults

Mental Health Minnesota provides peer support for teens and young adults who are struggling with their mental health. The service is provided via online chat, and is a safe, anonymous, confidential and free resource.

We Can RELATE chats are answered by our trained volunteers, who are young adults (age 18-25) who have also faced mental health concerns, and can “RELATE” to what you’re going through.

For many people, the Warmline is an important tool that helps them before they reach a point of crisis, supports their mental health, and helps them avoid the use of crisis services, 911 and hospital emergency departments. Calls are answered by our peer support staff who have first-hand experience living with a mental health condition and are available to listen to you, provide support, and connect you with resources.
