Services are available to everyone with or without insurance. Elevate will work with individuals on setting up a payment plan or connecting them with community resources. From 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Elevate is open for appointments Monday through Thursday. Walk-ins are acceptable Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The services provided include mobile crisis which is offered 24/7, crisis observation services, crisis care intervention, medication management services, therapy services, and substance abuse disorder treatment.
